Abortion Mandate Forced on Public Universities
Senate Bill 320, introduced by Sen. Connie Leyva (D-Chino), would mandate that California UC and CSU college campus health centers offer abortion pills which chemically terminate a pregnancy....
A chemical abortion can be performed up to 10 weeks of pregnancy. It is not performed surgically, but through a pill a woman ingests while in a college dorm that induces a miscarriage after several days.
College campus clinics are not equipped with doctors who can monitor this abortion medication regime, known for causing much physical and emotional pain to a mother.
The bill will be voted on in the California Senate as early as this Monday, January 22.
